Shell confirms GBP and EUR equivalent dividend payments for Q2 2025 interim dividend

* The Board of Shell (NYSE:SHEL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SHEL]) on Monday confirmed [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20223537-shell-plc-second-quarter-2025-euro-and-gbp-equivalent-dividend-payments] the pound sterling and euro equivalent dividend payments for the second quarter 2025 interim dividend, which was announced on July 31, 2025, at $0.358 per ordinary share.
* Shareholders have been able to elect to receive their dividends in US dollars, euros, or pounds sterling.
* Holders of ordinary shares who have validly submitted US dollars, euros, or pounds sterling currency elections by September 1, will be entitled to a dividend of $0.358, €0.3068, or 26.62p per ordinary share, respectively.
* This dividend will be payable on September 22, 2025 to those members whose names were on the Register of Members on August 15, 2025.
