JLL Income Property Trust (MUTF:ZIPTMX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ZIPTMX]) (MUTF:ZIPIMX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ZIPIMX]) (MUTF:ZIPTAX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ZIPTAX]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20236024-jll-income-property-trust-acquires-raleigh-area-industrial-park] on Wednesday an acquisition of the Apex, NC-based class A industrial park, West Raleigh Distribution Center, for ~$196M.
West Raleigh Distribution Center is comprised of five buildings totaling 985K sq. ft. and is 87% occupied by a mix of eight tenants.
"After completing nearly $300 million of strategic dispositions in 2024, we have significant dry powder and are acquiring new investments at attractive target returns," said CEO Allan Swaringen.
