Timken names Honeywell exec Lucian Boldea as CEO

The Timken Company (NYSE:TKR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TKR]) on Monday said that its Board of Directors has appointed [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20209810-timken-names-lucian-boldea-president-and-chief-executive-officer]Lucian Boldea the company's president and CEO and member of the Board, effective Sept. 1.

Boldea will succeed Richard G. Kyle, who has been in an interim role since March after having previously served as president and CEO from 2014 to 2024.

Boldea joins Timken (NYSE:TKR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TKR]) from Honeywell (HON [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/HON]), where he served as President and CEO of Industrial Automation.
