* Romanzi will assume the role and become a member of the Nature’s Sunshine board on October 29, 2025.
* Romanzi has served as President, CEO, and a member of the board of B&G Foods, a public company with a broad portfolio of over 50 brands.
* Prior to his role as CEO, he served as the company’s EVP and chief operating officer.
