Meghan Spuler has left Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. as chief people officer, the company said in federal filings Wednesday.

The Greenwood Village, Colo.-based casual-dining brand said Spuler’s exit was effective Aug. 20. Spuler was named Red Robin CPO in December 2023.

“The company expects to enter into a severance agreement with Ms. Spuler,” the company said, and it said those details will be released later.

Before joining Red Robin, Spuler served as chief people officer of Eckerd Connects, a national nonprofit organization. Previously, she spent five years with Tampa, Fla.-based Bloomin’ Brands Inc., parent to the Outback Steakhouse concept.

Red Robin, founded in 1969, has nearly 500 locations in the United States and Canada.
