OrthoPediatrics reports preliminary Q3 revenue of $61.2M, lowers annual guidance

* OrthoPediatrics (NASDAQ:KIDS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/KIDS]) on Thursday reported preliminary Q3 '25 revenue of $61.2 million (+12% YY) vs consensus of $63.63M.
* Preliminary domestic third quarter net revenue is expected to be ~$48.7 million, representing 14% YY growth and international net revenue is expected to be ~$12.5 million, representing 6% YY growth.
* For the full year 2025, the company now expects revenue of $233.5 million to $234.5 million, a decrease from the previous guidance range of $237.0 million to $242.0 million.
* Consensus for FY25 revenue is $239.44M.
* The company reiterated its expectation for annual set deployment to be $15.0 million and reiterated the adjusted EBITDA guidance range of $15.0 million to $17.0 million for the full year of 2025.
* "In the third quarter, we faced incremental headwinds late in September, largely driven by delayed 7D capital sales and headwinds within the Latin and South America segment of our business, which contributed to a revenue shortfall relative to our expectations. While still important parts of our business plan, order timing across these segments is difficult to forecast and will continue to be variable. We believe it is prudent to reflect minimal sales growth from these segments for the fourth quarter and into the future,” commented David Bailey, President & CEO of OrthoPediatrics.
