* Founding employee and Executive Vice President of Consumer Direct Lending Alex Madonna will oversee the use of emerging technology, including AI, and modern sales structures to improve scale and efficiency.
* Regional sales leader Bill Goforth was promoted to Senior Vice President of Consumer Direct Lending Sales and will lead the company’s national sales force.
