Thoma Bravo is close to a deal to acquire call center software maker Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/VRNT]) in a deal that would value the call center software maker at ~$2B including debt, Bloomberg reported Sunday.
