ZenaTech to acquire UK-based 3D design and modeling company

Drone solution provider ZenaTech (NASDAQ:ZENA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ZENA]) said [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20211451-zenatech-signs-offer-to-acquire-a-uk-telecom-sector-3d-design-and-modeling-company-expanding] on Tuesday that it is set to acquire a UK-based 3D design and modeling company serving the telecom sector.

Shares were -1.57% pre-market to $5.02.

The acquisition marks ZenaTech's first expansion of its Drone-as-a-Service business into the UK.

The company has completed eight acquisitions toward its goal of establishing 25 Drone-as-a-Service locations by mid-2026.
