Accenture is set to acquire NeuraFlash, a consulting and independent software vendor partner for Salesforce and Amazon Web Services.
The acquisition is expected to bolster Accenture’s capabilities in Salesforce’s generative AI (GenAI) and managed services, while also extending its reach into mid-market segments worldwide. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, NeuraFlash has implemented more than 1,000 projects for more than 400 clients globally. Since its establishment in 2016, the company has deployed GenAI solutions across digital and voice channels, service and sales transformations, and field service operations.
The acquisition will integrate approximately 510 professionals with more than 2,000 certifications into Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, primarily located in North America, Colombia, and India.
This collaboration is expected to enhance the deployment and scaling of intelligent solutions by combining Accenture’s technological and industry expertise with NeuraFlash’s GenAI capabilities.
NeuraFlash co-founder and CEO T. Brett Chisholm said: “Since our inception, our team has been dedicated to delivering exceptional business outcomes for our customers and partners with GenAI-powered solutions across sales, service, and field service operations.
“Joining forces with Accenture will help us continue to scale, amplify our impact globally, and expand our GenAI capabilities to create new, exciting avenues for innovation with our customers and our incredible people.”
The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including necessary antitrust clearances.
Meanwhile, Accenture has also agreed to acquire Japanese company SI&C Co, which specialises in advanced digital technology and consulting services. Around 1,500 professionals from the SI&C group will be integrated into Accenture’s operations in Japan, as a result of this deal.
