CleanSpark appoints Taylor Monnig to additional post of COO

Bitcoin miner CleanSpark (NASDAQ:CLSK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CLSK]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20224368-cleanspark-strengthens-leadership-team-with-strategic-appointments-to-drive-innovation-and] on Monday the appointment of Taylor Monnig to the additional post of COO as part of a strategic realignment of its leadership team.

Shares were +0.43% pre-market to $9.28.

Monnig currently serves as chief technology officer.

Additionally, Gary Vecchiarelli has been named president, while continuing to serve as CFO.

Also, Scott Garrison will now serve as chief development officer and executive vice president. Scott previously served as COO.
