Robinhood Markets (Nasdaq: HOOD), the e-trading platform that offers stocks and cryptocurrencies, recently got added to the S&P 500 index.

Robinhood Social
The platform said it will launch a social media feature called Robinhood Social within its app, where users can share their gains, losses, strategies and make real-time market moves.
Set to be launched the next year, Robinhood Social would let users follow their favorite traders with verified accounts to learn best practises.
All trading moves posted by Robinhood customers will be verified and live so that there is transparency around what's being shared on the platform.
It would also let users follow even the market’s biggest power players such as politicians, insiders, and hedge funds — based on publicly reported trades — even if they aren't on the Robinhood app.

Available at no additional cost, Robinhood Social will launch by invitation only to a select number of U.S. customers early next year.
