Stock index futures fell on Monday, as investors assessed President Donald Trump's new H-1B visa fees. Here are four stocks to watch on the day:

Pfizer (PFE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PFE]) shares were up 1.7% in premarket trade after it agreed to acquire [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4496839-pfizer-nears-73b-takeover-of-weight-loss-drugmaker-metsera-ft-reports] Metsera (NASDAQ:MTSR) in a deal worth $47.50 per share in cash, valuing the company at $4.9 billion upfront, with the potential for shareholders to receive up to an additional $22.50 per share through contingent value rights tied to future milestones.

Coca-Cola Company (KO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/KO]) stock was nearly flat in extended trading as Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO), one of the parties that indicated an interest in a takeover of Britain’s biggest coffee chain, reportedly decided against [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4496940-apollo-global-drops-out-of-bidding-for-coca-colas-costa-coffee---report] bidding ahead of last week’s deadline. According to the report, Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO) and its advisers set a deadline last week for indicative offers for Costa.
