Hyperscale Data (NYSE:GPUS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GPUS]) has reconfirmed its revenue guidance [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20208975-hyperscale-data-reaffirms-full-year-2025-revenue-guidance-of-125-million-to-135-million] for 2025, projecting earnings between $125 million and $135 million, following the final court approval of the Chapter 11 reorganization plan for its defense affiliate, Gresham Worldwide.
As a result, Gresham is expected to emerge on October 1, 2025, at which point it will reconsolidate as a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, contributing an estimated $40 million in annualized revenue.
Furthermore, Hyperscale Data expects strong growth from Gresham Worldwide and its high-margin software platforms, including blockchain infrastructure and tokenization solutions.
"The court's approval of Gresham Worldwide's reorganization plan provides additional visibility into the contribution we expect from this business beginning in the fourth quarter, while our software initiatives remain on track to drive scalable, recurring revenue," said William B. Horne, CEO of Hyperscale Data.
