Gilat signs additional $25M agreement with Peru’s national telecommunications program

* Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ:GILT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GILT]) on Tuesday said its Peruvian subsidiary, Gilat Perú, has signed an additional $25 million agreement with Pronatel, Peru’s national telecommunications program.
* The company said the award is for the modernization of the Regional Broadband network in the Cusco region, and the migration is planned over the next 12 months, with services to be delivered for a period of five years.
* GILT +4.84% premarket to $9.74.
