CoreWeave expands debt facility to $2.5B to support growth

CoreWeave (CRWV [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CRWV]) signed an agreement to increase its revolving credit facility to $2.5B from $1.5B and extend the maturity date to November 2029 from May 2028.

The facility was led by JPMorgan Chase Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and MUFG, with participation from Citibank, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Wells Fargo.
