Ryan Specialty's corporate family rating upgraded to Ba3 by Moody's

Moody's Ratings upgraded Ryan Specialty LLC's (NYSE:RYAN [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/RYAN]) corporate family rating by one level to Ba3 from B1 and revised its rating outlook to stable from positive, the ratings company said on Wednesday.

Ba3 is three levels below investment grade.

Its probability of default rating was raised to Ba3-PD from B1-PD.

The upgrade reflects Ryan Specialty's strong market position in wholesale brokerage, binding authority, and managing general underwriting services, Moody's said.
