Dragonfly Energy prices $55.4M public offering; shares down

* Dragonfly Energy (NASDAQ:DFLI [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/DFLI]) priced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20268474-dragonfly-energy-announces-pricing-of-55_4-million-public-offering-of-common-stock-and-pre] an underwritten public offering of 36M common shares at $1.35/share and 5M pre-funded warrants at $1.3499 each.
* The offering is expected to raise ~$55.4M in gross proceeds before expenses.
* A 30-day option has been granted to underwriters to purchase up to 6.15M additional shares.
* All securities in the offering are being sold by the company itself.
* Net proceeds will be used for working capital, $45M debt prepayment, and strategic investment in next-gen battery tech, including dry electrode and solid-state battery scaling.
* Offering is expected to close on or about October 17, 2025.
* DFLI shares down 13.7% premarket on Thursday.
