POET Technologies set to delist from TSX Venture Exchange on Wednesday market close

POET Technologies (NASDAQ:POET [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/POET]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20210134-poet-technologies-to-proceed-with-voluntary-delisting-from-tsxv] on Monday a voluntary delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange, expected to be effective as of Wednesday, August 27, market close.

The delisting from the TSXV will not affect the company's listing on Nasdaq.
