Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ:ATRO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ATRO]) announced that it has completed the acquisition [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20262897-astronics-corporation-announces-acquisition-of-buhler-motor-aviation] of Bühler Motor Aviation (BMA) from Bühler Motor Group.

The transaction was conducted on an all-cash basis; however, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BMA, located in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, Germany, is a well-established manufacturer specializing in aircraft seat actuation systems.

The move immediately expands Astronics' motion control solutions for passenger seats on commercial aircraft.
