TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING.HK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Investment losses or trading decisions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trading.HK and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Market data provided through our Services may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Delays can range from real-time to 15 minutes or more depending on the data source and your subscription level. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

11. Subscription and Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all subscription fees when due
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
