Trilogy Metals (NYSE:TMQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TMQ]) +13.3% in Friday's trading after saying the state of Alaska executed key right-of-way permits [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20278715-trilogy-metals-provides-update-on-the-issuance-of-federal-right-of-way-permits-for-the-ambler] for its Ambler access project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management, re-establishing the federal authorizations required to advance the road project to the Ambler mining district.

The move follows this month's Presidential decision under Section 1106 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act that directed agencies to reissue the authorizations originally granted in 2020.

The reinstated permits restore the 50-year right-of-way across federally managed lands, opening the way for the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority to resume road planning activities, including updates to engineering plans, budgets, and programs for next year.
