Additionally, the company announced updates with respect to its at-the-market offering programs. It sold 199,509 shares of 8.00% Series A Perpetual Strike preferred stock (STRK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/STRK]) for net proceeds of $19M; 237,931 of 10.00% SER A PERPETUAL STRIFE PFD STK (STRF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/STRF]) preferred shares for $26.5M; 12,973 of Perpetual Stride Preferred Stock (STRD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/STRD]) shares for $1M; and 1,237,000 of MSTR shares for $425.3M.
