* The acquisition aims to strengthen CoinShares' actively managed capabilities, as the firm continues its evolution into a comprehensive digital asset management platform.
* Bastion brings to CoinShares a market-leading quantitative alpha investment approach applied to digital assets.
* The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
