Fujitsu's subsidiary to offer Arrcus networking solutions in key global partnership

Fujitsu Limited (OTCPK:FJTSY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/FJTSY]), through its company 1Finity Inc., has formed a strategic partnership [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20218528-fujitsu-1finity-and-arrcus-sign-strategic-partnership-agreement-to-deliver-innovative-network] with Arrcus Inc., a hyperscale networking software company.

The collaboration is designed to strengthen next-generation infrastructure for the AI era and deliver innovative network solutions to Japan and the global market.

As part of the deal, 1Finity will become a business partner and offer all of Arrcus's solutions. Both companies will jointly create go-to-market plans to expand their business, focusing on network operators, enterprise customers, and data center operators.

The partnership will also extend to other global partners and will include a focus on managed service collaboration to offer comprehensive solutions from network design to maintenance.
