* FURTHERMORE, Equinor will begin the fourth and final tranche of its 2025 share buy-back program on October 30, 2025.
This final tranche aims to purchase shares for up to $1.266 billion in total. This includes the purchase of up to $417.8 million worth of shares on the market, along with shares redeemed from the Norwegian State. The tranche is scheduled to be completed by February 2, 2026.
