* Japanese beer maker Orion Breweries is reportedly planning its listing in Tokyo as early as next month, six years after Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CG]) and Nomura Holdings (NYSE:NMR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NMR]) acquired the company.
* The brewery has hired Nomura’s securities unit, SMBC Nikko Securities and Mizuho Financial Group (NYSE:MFG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MFG]) as underwriters to its initial public offering, _Bloomberg_ reported.
* Orion, based in Japan’s southern islands of Okinawa, plans to unveil details such as listing date and offering size as soon as next week, the report said.
