Miami International Holdings' (NYSE:MIAX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MIAX]) initial public offering of 15M shares priced at $23.00 per share, or $2.00 above the high end of its expected range of $19.00-$21.00 per share, late Wednesday.
The owner of regulated financial markets is offering all 15M shares, indicating the IPO will raise gross proceeds of $345M. The company plans to use part of its net proceeds to fully repay outstanding debt under its 2029 senior secured loan agreement. As of June 30, 2025, it had $140M outstanding under the agreement.
