Assa Abloy (OTCPK:ASAZF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ASAZF]) announced on Monday that it has acquired [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20203196-assa-abloy-acquires-siteowl-in-the-us] SiteOwl.

The acquisition of the cloud-based platform, which focuses on physical security, will enhance Assa Abloy's product and service offerings in locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2020, SiteOwl has its main office in Austin, USA.
