Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PSKY]) may offer $22 to $24 a share for Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/WBD]).

An offer may consist of 20%-30% in Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PSKY]) stock and the remainder in cash, according to CNBC's David Faber, who cited speculation.

Shares of Warner Bros. Discovery rose 2.1%.

The latest update comes after CNBC's Faber said on Tuesday that a potential Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PSKY#hasComeFromMpArticle=false#source=section%3Amain_content%7Cbutton%3Abody_link%7Cfirst_level_url%3Anews]) bid for Warner Bros.
