Schroders sees a higher probability of a 'hard landing' for the U.S. economy, said fixed-income strategist James Bilson in a note. A "hard landing" is a sudden slowdown in the economy, or even recession. Schroders sees a 20% probability of this scenario, up significantly from an estimate of 10% in July.
