Otis to supply elevators for Imtiaz Developments’ projects in UAE

Imtiaz Developments, a Dubai-based company, has selected Otis to supply elevators and escalators for its 41 residential and mixed-use projects in Dubailand and Dubai Islands, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The projects chosen consist of a blend of residential buildings, waterfront projects, and urban community complexes.

Under the agreement, Otis will deploy advanced vertical transport technologies, focusing on performance, energy efficiency, and service reliability.

This collaboration aims to enhance the long-term sustainability and value of the portfolio, with Imtiaz Developments leading the initiative.

A senior representative from Imtiaz Developments stated that this strategic partnership helps provide quality at every stage of the Imtiaz resident experience.

Imtiaz Developments CEO Masih Imtiaz said: "After a comprehensive evaluation process, we selected Otis as the trusted partner for vertical transportation across our projects.

Imtiaz claims that Otis will tailor its technologies to each project's specifications, ensuring optimal performance.

Last year in June, Imtiaz Developments broke ground on its Cove Residence project in Dubai.

Valued at Dh600m ($163.35m), the project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
