Bolt Projects to raise $4.25M in private placement

Bolt Projects Holdings (NASDAQ:BSLK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BSLK]) has entered into an agreement for a private placement [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20202176-bolt-projects-announces-4_25-million-private-placement] of its common stock, to sell a total of 913,979 shares (or pre-funded warrants) at a price of $4.65 per share.

The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $4.25 million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The transaction is expected to close around August 15, 2025.
