UBS Group appoints Beatriz Martin to additional role of COO

UBS Group (NYSE:UBS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/UBS]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20278621-changes-to-ubs-s-group-executive-board] on Friday the appointment of Beatriz Martin to the additional role of COO, effective January 1, 2026.

Martin serves as head of non-core and legacy, in addition to the role of president of EMEA and UK chief executive.

Also, Chief Integration Officer Michelle Bereaux has been appointed head of compliance and operational risk control, also effective January 1.
