Musk’s pay isn't the only thing shareholders are voting on at today's annual meeting. There are 16 proposals under consideration; Musk's pay package is No. 4 and the main event. Shareholders are also voting to appoint three directors: Ira Ehrenpreis, Joe Gebbia, and Kathleen Wilson-Thompson.
