Procter & Gamble shares snapped six-session winning streak

Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PG#hasComeFromMpArticle=false#source=section%3Amain_content%7Cbutton%3Abody_link%7Cfirst_level_url%3Anews]) shares snapped six straight sessions of gains, as the stock was down 1.2% at $153.51 on Tuesday.

The household products giant added 1.7% in the preceding six sessions. The stock has lost 8% so far this year, compared to a 10% rise in the broader S&P 500 Index.

Included in the organic sales forecast is a growth headwind of 30 to 50 basis points from brand and product form discontinuations.

Looking at Seeking Alpha's Quant Rating, PG has a Hold rating [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PG/ratings/quant-ratings] with a score of 3.2 out of 5. The company received A+ in the prospect of profitability, C- in momentum, while it got D growth factor.
