Alamo Group (NYSE:ALG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ALG]) on Monday named Robert Hureau as its new President and CEO [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20204266-alamo-group-inc-announces-ceo-succession-plan], succeeding Jeffery Leonard, effective September 2.
Hureau most recently served as CEO of American Trailer World, an industrial manufacturer and retailer of trailers, truck equipment and aftermarket parts, after previously spending time as Executive VP and CFO at Pharmaceutical Product Development and as Senior VP and CFO at Sensata Technologies.
Leonard has been Alamo's (NYSE:ALG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ALG]) President and CEO since May 2021 after serving as Executive VP at the company during 2011-21; before joining Alamo, he spent 19 years at Metso Corp.
