Transcat CEO to step down; FY26 outlook reaffirmed

* Transcat (NASDAQ:TRNS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TRNS]) said Monday that CEO Lee D. Rudow will step down in March 2026 after more than 10 years in the role and will remain as a strategic advisor through 2027.
* The company has also reaffirmed a positive outlook for FY2026.
* "Given our expanded balance sheet and diversified portfolio, we are well-positioned to capture increased market share and remain confident we will return to high single-digit Service organic revenue growth in the second half of fiscal 2026." CFO Barbato said in a statement.
* TRNS +0.13% after hours to $91.28.
