Dragonfly Energy prices $25M public offering

* Dragonfly Energy (NASDAQ:DFLI) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20255019-dragonfly-energy-announces-pricing-of-25_0-million-underwritten-offering-of-common-stock] on Monday the pricing of its underwritten offering of 20M common shares at $1.25 per share, generating gross proceeds of $25M before underwriting discounts, commissions, and related expenses.
* The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3M additional shares at the public offering price, expected to be closing on or about October 7, 2025, said the company.
* The company intended to use the net proceeds for working capital, general corporate purposes, and repayment of $4M under its term loan agreement, as well as to fund revenue generation, and strategic investments.
