* The company also announces that its 2025 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders will be held on November 25, 2025.
* The company will pursue shareholder approval at the upcoming AGSM for a share consolidation to meet Nasdaq's initial listing requirements, which include a minimum bid price of US$4 per share.
* As of the record date for the AGSM, 365.38M common shares are issued and outstanding, under the assumption that consolidation is completed on a 10:1 ratio.
