JFrog surges 26% after Q3 beat, raising full-year outlook

Shares of JFrog (FROG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/FROG]) jumped about 26% premarket on Friday after third quarter results beat estimates and the company raised its full year outlook.

JFrog — which provides a platform to manage the entire software development lifecycle — saw its total revenue soar 26% year-over-year to $136.9M, while non-GAAP EPS surged [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20297864-jfrog-announces-third-quarter-2025-results#hasComeFromMpArticle] around 47% year-over-year to $0.22. Both top and bottom-line numbers surpassed [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4517784-jfrog-non-gaap-eps-of-0_22-beats-by-0_06-revenue-of-136_9m-beats-by-8_6m] analysts' expectations.

“Our Q3 results highlight strong execution across DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps, as we continue to expand into Governance and Compliance, innovating and automating in the evolving domain of ‘DevGovOps," said JFrog's Co-Founder and CEO Shlomi Ben Haim.

Cloud revenue soared 50% year-over-year to $63.4M. The company's Net Dollar Retention rate for the trailing four quarters was 118%.

JFrog said customers with greater than $1M Annual Recurring Revenue, or ARR, increased to 71, up from 46 in the year-ago period.

As of Sept. 30, cash, cash equivalents and investments were $651.1M.

OUTLOOK

JFrog expects fourth quarter revenue to be between $136.5M and $138.5M (midpoint at $137.5M) versus consensus of $137.84M. Non-GAAP net income per share between $0.18 and $0.20 (midpoint at $0.19) compared to consensus of $0.19 .

The company anticipates full year 2025 revenue between $523M and $525M (midpoint at $524M), up from the prior forecast range of $507M to $510M provided during second quarter results [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4481852-jfrog-non-gaap-eps-of-0_18-beats-by-0_02-revenue-of-127_2m-beats-by-4_37m] in August. JFrog now expects non-GAAP net income per share between $0.78 and $0.80 (midpoint at $0.79), up from the previous outlook range of $0.68 to $0.70 (midpoint at $0.69). The consensus EPS estimate is $0.79.
