Kyivstar successfully tests SpaceX's Starlink direct to cell in Ukraine

* Elon Musk’s Starlink has successfully demonstrated its direct-to-cell satellite technology in Ukraine on Tuesday.

* During the pilot in the Zhytomyr region, Kyivstar CEO Oleksandr Komarov and Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, exchanged messages directly via Starlink, using regular 4G-enabled smartphones.
* While continuing to invest in Ukraine’s resilient infrastructure, Kyivstar and VEON (NASDAQ:VEON [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/VEON]) are also progressing towards the listing of Kyivstar Group, Kyivstar’s parent company, on Nasdaq, the company said.
