The stock market was about as mixed as it gets on Monday, but a handful of Big Tech stocks were dragging on the Nasdaq Composite in early afternoon trading. The Nasdaq was down 0.2% even though about 55% of its stocks were trading higher. The Dow was off 5 points, or flat, with 15 of its 30 stocks rising.
