(NASDAQ:CG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CG]) fund, _Bloomberg News _reported on Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
* PayPal’s stake in Shopware will increase to about 41% from roughly 11% with the deal, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing the private transaction.
* PayPal and Carlyle previously invested $100 million in Shopware in February 2022.
