* Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ:NVTS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NVTS]) announced [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20298892-navitas-announces-private-placement-of-common-stock-for-proceeds-of-100-million] on Friday that it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the purchase and sale of 14.81M shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $6.75 per share.
* The gross proceeds from the private placement, which is expected to close on or around November 10, 2025, will generate approximately $100M.
* The company plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
