Lam Research and JSR Corporation enter into agreement for semiconductor manufacturing

* Lam Research (NASDAQ:LRCX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LRCX]) and JSR Corporation, the parent company of Inpria Corporation, said on Monday that they have entered into a non-exclusive cross-licensing and collaboration agreement [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20232809-lam-research-and-jsr-corporation-inpria-corporation-enter-cross-licensing-collaboration]to advance semiconductor manufacturing.
* The agreement capitalizes on JSR Group's semiconductor materials, including metal oxide solutions, and Lam's capabilities in deposition, etch, and EUV patterning.
* Lam and Inpria have also agreed to dismiss all claims against each other in the litigation Inpria v. Lam Research in the District Court of Delaware and all related inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
