Lithium Chile (TSXV:LITH:CA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LITH:CA]) said [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20243726-lithium-chile-announces-upsized-life-offering-of-up-to-7000-000]on Wednesday that due to strong market demand, it has agreed with its agents to increase the size of the previously announced "best efforts" private placement.
As a result of this second amendment, the offering will consist of up to 14,000,000 units of the company for $0.50 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $7,000,000.
The company has also granted the agents an option, exercisable in whole or in part at any time before the closing of the offering, to arrange for the sale of up to an additional 1,950,000 units at the offering price, for additional gross proceeds of up to $975,000.
