* Questcorp Mining (OTC:QQCMF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/QQCMF]) will offer [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20245540-questcorp-mining-announces-private-placement] up to 17.5M units by way of non-brokered private placement at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $3.5M.
* Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half-of-one share purchase warrant.
