* Jayud Global Logistics (JYD) has announced a 1-for-50 reverse share split, effective October 13, 2025. 
* Post-split, there will be approximately 2.7M ordinary shares outstanding, consisting of approximately 2.6M Class A ordinary shares and 108K Class B ordinary shares.
