MingZhu Logistics to appeal Nasdaq delisting notice
Auto
* MingZhu Logistics Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:YGMZ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/YGMZ]) said it has received a notice from Nasdaq stating that its shares are subject to delisting after closing below $1 for 30 consecutive business days, violating listing rule 5550(a)(2).
* Because the company is under a one-year discretionary panel monitor imposed in May 2025, it is not eligible for the usual 180-day grace period to regain compliance.
* MingZhu said it intends to request a hearing before an appeals panel by October 27, which would temporarily stay the suspension of its shares.
* The company said it is considering options to regain compliance, including a possible reverse stock split.
* YGMZ closed -6.10% at $0.1691.
